Traditional education does a great job of transferring knowledge and teaching necessary critical thinking skills that help people become efficient. Unfortunately, little attention is given to developing self-awareness and decision-making skills that create effective action. Knowledge is different than intelligence and one does NOT necessarily follow the other.
