It is vital that the values identification process incorporates the broadest range of values rather than a limited number. People that conduct a values inventory where they limit the choice of values are very likely imposing their own bias on the process. It is only when people are able to choose between the fullest set of values possible using value-laden statements that their values emerge to the level of conscious awareness.

The Collaboration Coach provides tools to identify and manage individual and cultural values.
The AVI is "A Values Inventory" that identifies personal priority values. It has been specifically designed to support values-based programs conducted by professionals. The AVI survey is accessible via the internet and several types of reports can be generated for individuals and groups. Some reports, such as those used by schools, can be directly printed from the internet. Other reports are printed and mailed directly to clients or to consultants and trainers using the tools to enrich their services. Each report is confidential, specific to each person, and based on their own unique values. Group reports/workbooks can be produced for families, teams, schools and other organizations.

Report & Workbook
Similar in format to the Values-Based Leadership Report for individuals. Used for team development and for values surveys. It includes a CRD Analysis Report comparing the alignment of values and business strategies necessary for organizational success.
Executive Overview
This report has no workbook. It simply provides a summary of the values that are important to a person and identifies their emergent leadership style. It is most often used with teams where they want to concentrate on the values shared by the team rather than spend much time exploring individual profiles. This AVI is almost always used in conjunction with a Group AVI Report.
Relationship Development
A relationship development report for couples & families. The values each person shares and those they do not share with their partners and family members are explored in a workbook. Each person also receives a full AVI report.

The report allows for alignment analysis between values and strategies in the organization and signals where conflicts exist that are inhibiting organizational success.
Provides a picture of where energy is directed within a culture that can be compared with policy or other groups for alignment analysis. Enables action to be taken to create cultural alignment that is values focused and measurable.
