Awareness is the greatest agent for change.

Thinking without awareness is the main dilemma of human existence.

See the link between your thinking and emotions. Rather than being your thoughts and emotions; be the awareness behind them.

Word Aware

Versatility

Language has a powerful effect on images, beliefs and emotions people have as well as the actions people take.

The fundamental dynamic of understanding language is self-reference and meaning and the fundamental dynamic of effective communication is shared meaning. Communication embodies more than just words. It includes thoughts (beliefs), feelings and actions. To understand meaning, we must be aware of the thoughts, feelings and actions attributed to words. This can only be achieved through observation, reflection and dialogue.

Focusing on a word throughout the day allows you to consider what you believe about the word as well as how the word affects your emotions and actions. Being mindful of the word during the day, you may experience synchronicity, as opportunities to use the word as a source of support during challenging events occur.

To experience anything, we must be aware of both the positive and negative. You can reflect on how the daily word impacts your life and how it relates to choices and experiences throughout your day. The purpose of these daily words is simply to become more conscious of the thoughts and feelings we have about words and examine if our actions align with those thoughts and feelings. The aim is to become more aware of how our inner world affects our outer world.

People often mistakenly believe our spirits, which communicate to us through our feelings; are or should be divorced from work and the workplace.
Nothing is further from the truth as it is impossible to separate our thinking from our feelings and the actions of our physical body. Many of our daily struggles occur because we are unconscious about the connection, or we are consciously trying to avoid or deny something beyond our control. The simple practice of being mindful of a word is an opportunity to integrate beliefs and meaning with our actions.
